Neighbours’ Terese Willis makes an upsetting new decision Her return to Erinsborough doesn’t go as planned.
Neighbours airs emotional scenes for Terese Willis next week as she makes a final decision to walk away from Eirini Rising.
Terese’s hopes of negotiating a return to the business are thwarted by irate resident Moira Tohu, who still holds a grudge over the recent gas leak scandal.
Viewers recently saw Terese take a break from Erinsborough to check into rehab after her alcohol relapse had sparked a near-death disaster at Eirini Rising.
This week’s episodes see Terese make her return and she cautiously broaches the subject of coming back to work, even in a reduced role doing admin work from home.

Harold Bishop agrees to help Susan and Karl Kennedy assess the residents’ feelings on such a move.
When Moira then gets involved, she recruits ruthless lawyer Tim Collins for advice. Tim suggests that if Terese returns to the business, it will be a serious safety violation and all of the residents could claim for their money back as compensation.
In follow-on scenes next week, Terese’s ex-husband Paul Robinson – who’s still her biggest supporter – casts doubt over the reliability of Tim’s advice.
Terese still feels defeated and when the residents’ contracts are ultimately checked, they appear to confirm Moira and Tim’s view of the situation.

Finally ready to stop fighting, Terese informs Karl and Susan that she’s dropping her plans to come back.
Although Karl and Susan praise Terese for handling her departure so well, they’re unaware of just how much she’s struggling to step away from everything she has built at the business. Where does Terese go from here?
Neighbours airs these scenes on Monday, November 25.
