Big Brother 2024 spoilers follow.
Big Brother has revealed a shocking new Head of House nominations twist.
Tonight’s (October 21) episode saw the housemates return to the Diary Room to disclose who they want to put up for eviction this week.
Before they began nominating, Big Brother revealed that Ali and Dean, the new Heads of House, had secretly paired the housemates up – with each duo having to choose another pair to nominate.
Hanah and Lily received three nominations from Baked Potato (aka Rosie) and Sarah, Emma and Thomas, and Izaaz and Nathan.

Izaaz and Nathan also received three nominations from Hanah and Lily, Khaled and Marcello, and Martha and Segun.
Ali and Dean were also given the opportunity to nominate, with the pair choosing Khaled and Marcello.
With the most nominations, Hanah, Lily, Izaaz and Nathan faced the chopping block – but once again, there were more twists in store.
Later, Big Brother asked Ali and Dean to sneak into the secret basement without getting caught by the other housemates. Once inside, they were faced with the same decision that the previous Head of House Khaled had to make last week.

They could either save one of the nominated pairs and replace them with another duo, or add a new pair to those currently facing eviction.
Ali and Dean were shocked to learn who had received the most nominations, with Ali saying: “I don’t like it.”
Later, Big Brother gathered the housemates on the sofa to reveal the results of the nominations. Ali and Dean revealed that they had chosen to use the save and replace power, with the pair replacing Hanah and Lily with Khaled and Marcello.
Therefore, Nathan, Izaaz, Khaled and Marcello are the housemates facing the third eviction. Unlike the nominations, viewers will be voting for the housemates individually.

The show’s viewers quickly took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their excitement at the new twist, with one writing: “Oh this is TV gold.”
“This episode is giving me f***ing goosebumps,” another added, while a third said: “THIS SERIES IS SO GOOD. The DRAMA in every episode!”
A fourth fan echoed the sentiment, writing: “THIS WEEK IS AMAZING.”
Tensions were quickly reignited between Ali and Khaled after the nominations were revealed, with Ali declaring that their “bridges are burned”. Could their argument change the dynamic in the house?
Big Brother airs on ITV2 and ITVX from Sunday to Friday, followed each night by Big Brother: Late & Live.
