Coronation Street star pregnant with first baby as she shares first photos of bump
Coronation Street star, Sacha Parkinson, is pregnant with her first child.
The actress, 32, who played, Sian Power, in the ITV soap, told fans that 2025 was “going to be a wild” as she shared polaroid photos of herself, sporting red silk pyjamas, showing off her blossoming baby bump on Christmas Eve. Announcing her happy news, Sacha posted: “Merry Xmas Eve huns. I have a feeling next year is going to be a wild one.”
Responding to the news, Corrie favourite, Brooke Vincent, who played Sacha’s on-screen girlfriend, Sophie Webster, replied: “I love you all so much!!!” Meanwhile, Lucy Fallon, who played Bethany Platt and is currently expecting her second child, gushed: “Congratulations!!!! Yayyyyy exciting news xxx.”

Also sending their well wishes was former Corrie star turned Strictly Come Dancing champion Ellie Leach, who posted: “sooooo excited.” Meanwhile, actress Georgia May Foote, who played Katy Armstrong, added: “Omg!!! This is amazing! Congratulations!!!”

In October 2023, Sacha announced she was engaged. The actress posted a sweet selfie of herself grinning alongside her fiancé, as she held up her sparkling engagement ring. Sacha captioned the update: “I knew you were likely to take a wife!” and “SCREAMING”, to convey just how excited she was over the major relationship step.
Sacha also shared a number of other photos of the sweet proposal, which took place on a boat against a gorgeous sunset.

The actress’ famous pals responded to the post, telling their friend how happy they were for her. Michelle Keegan, who played Tina McIntyre in Corrie sent her well wishes and is now also pregnant, announcing that she is expecting her first child with Mark Wright on Sunday.
