1. Cara undergoes life-saving surgery

Cara’s in a critical condition following her fall from a ladder at Lassiters.
She’s rushed to hospital, where Remi instructs her colleagues to perform emergency surgery. Remi is desperate to be by her wife’s side, but her colleague Stevie advises against it.
It’s touch and go as Cara flatlines during the operation, but after enduring a long night, Remi is relieved when Stevie reveals Cara is now stable.
2. Remi fears the worst

As Cara fleetingly regains consciousness, Remi panics that she might have suffered brain damage.
Stevie tries to stop Remi from catastrophising, insisting she shouldn’t jump to conclusions.
Later on, Remi’s fears are finally soothed when Cara wakes again and seems to be her usual self.
3. Holly makes a confession

Holly is still blaming herself for Cara’s accident, believing it happened because she failed to properly secure the porter’s trolley.
Needing to offload her guilt, she admits responsibility to Remi, Dex and JJ.
Cara insists she fell because of her own corner cutting, but Dex is unconvinced of Holly’s innocence. He lashes out at her, which causes Holly to spiral even further.
4. Holly is stitched up by Blaze

Despite Karl advising her against it, Holly goes ahead with speaking on Blaze’s Crimesborough podcast.
Afterwards, Holly is pleased with how the interview went, but her mood shifts when the podcast drops the following morning.
Holly discovers Blaze has twisted her words over what happened in the Outback with Heath and has made her out to be a calculated killer.
After laying low for a while, Holly decides to face the outside world, but is pushed to the brink by the locals’ gossip.
5. Andrew goes on an adventure

With Wendy settling into Murrayville, Sadie informs Andrew she’s decided to sign onto the lease at Number 32 and stay on long term.
Her choice prompts Andrew to do something exciting for himself, and he decides to take a road trip to Murrayville, camping along the way.
6. Krista gets a blast from the past

Leo informs Krista that a guest who arranged a lavish birthday party at Yorokboki did a runner, leaving him to foot the hefty bill.
He’s able to find a picture of the dine-and-dash perpetrator from CCTV. But when Krista clocks their face it becomes clear she already knows the guy. It’s Sebastian – an old friend from the past who led her astray.
7. Sebastian comes to stay

Melanie is suspicious when she overhears Krista on the phone to Sebastian and reminds her it was his fault she got expelled from her posh boarding school.
Krista is quick to defend Sebastian, believing he’s come to Erinsborough to reconnect.
Later, Sebastian rocks up at Krista’s apartment and asks if he can stay for a while. Melanie reckons it’s a bad idea, but Krista feels compelled to say yes.
8. Leo fears Sebastian is bad news

Leo gets a shock when he arrives at Krista’s place to find Sebastian in the shower.
Not only is Leo annoyed with Krista for lying to him, he’s also concerned Sebastian could pose a threat to her hard-fought sobriety.
His fears continue to mount after Byron reveals he might have seen Sebastian buying drugs. Leo confronts Sebastian, but he warns him not to go telling tales to Krista.
9. Nicolette opens her heart to Aaron

Nicolette discovers Remi and Cara’s card to Aaron, revealing he would act as their donor if it wasn’t for him carrying the Huntington’s gene.
Confronting Aaron, Nicolette admits her sadness over him preferring to have a baby with a solid couple over her.
Aaron is touched by her vulnerable confession, and assures Nicolette he would happily have another child with her if things were different.
10. Melanie decides to follow her heart

Melanie’s last day in Ramsay Street arrives, but it’s clear she’s struggling with the idea of walking away from Vic.
When Vic learns he’s not invited to Mel’s farewell party, he decides to take a risk by swinging by to wish her well.
Witnessing their charged goodbye, Jane urges Melanie not to pass up the chance of happiness. And after receiving multiple messages from the universe, Melanie decides to be brave.
She departs Erinsborough and makes her first stop at Vic’s Gippsland pub. Will she get her happy ever after?
11. Terese wants another chance

Terese is home from rehab and feeling in a much better place.
She and Paul comfortably slip back into their routine of friendship, but neither are able to admit their true feelings.
Terese shocks Paul by revealing she wants to return to Eirini Rising in a non-managerial capacity. He approaches Karl with the suggestion, pointing out they were all to blame for the gas leak because they should have realised Terese was drinking again.
12. Harold supports Terese

Terese is left facing an anxious wait to see if Karl and Susan will approve her request to rejoin Eirini Rising.
Kind-hearted Harold offers to gauge the opinions of the other local residents. But will they be as generous in their support of Terese?
13. Terese’s hopes are dashed

The unresolved sexual tension between Terese and Paul continues to sizzle as they make plans to have dinner together.
Terese is dealt a crushing blow when Moira Tohu arrives with news. She’s been advised by lawyer Tim Collins that if Terese returns to Eirini, they will be struck with a safety violation which would result in all the residents getting their money back.
14. Shane wants to make amends

Lucas decides it’s time to sell on Fitzgerald Motors and Max’s dad Shane jumps at the chance to buy the business.
Shane hopes this will make up for the lack of support he showed Max when his son was starting out as an apprentice mechanic. But just as Max starts to look to the future, he’s brought crashing down after a messy run in with Holly.
