Here’s a rundown of what to expect in tonight’s episode of Big Brother, which continues on ITV2 and ITVX.
THE FINAL SIX HOUSEMATES RECEIVE A CALL FROM BIG BROTHER’S VAULT HOTLINE
As Big Brother’s six finalists, Nathan, Emma, Ali, Segun, Marcello and Hanah all embark on another day as their time in the house draws to an end the Housemates receive a phone call from Big Brother with an important message.
Hanah answers the call as Big Brother says: “Congratulations you are through to Big Brother’s Vault Hotline. You must keep everything that Big Brother is about to tell you a secret.”
“You and a Housemate of your choice will go to The Vault and will be given something that you truly desire. You will also get to make a big decision on behalf of the other Housemates. Hanah, which Housemate would you like to take to The Vault with you?”
Choosing Marcello, Big Brother instructs them to: “Sneak into The Vault without any of the others seeing. Hanah, you need to go into the bedroom behind the long mirror on the left of the wardrobe area.”
As Hanah and Marcello escape to The Vault, unbeknownst to the rest of the Housemates Big Brother tells them: “Today, you are in charge of something money can’t buy. Precious messages from all of the Housemates’ friends and family.”
HANAH’S ‘HOME GIRLS’ SHARE CONCERNS ABOUT SEGUN
Alongside Marcello and with the power firmly in her hands Hanah suspects she will receive a message from her friends.
Hanah says: “If it’s the home girls, shout out. If it’s the home girls I’ll be excited.”
The voice message plays out as it says: “Hey Hanah, it’s Yasmin here and the girls and I just wanted to give you a little message to remind you of how much we love and miss you. From the day that you entered the house, Hanah, watching you has been one of the most entertaining and enjoyable experiences ever. Seeing you build new friendships is so heartwarming and you’re such an amazing friend. Loyal, thoughtful and loving, just as we know you to be.”
“Your mum says she misses you and to be good and that she’s so proud of you. Your sisters and Jaquan the cat all send their love.”
As the message comes to an end, Hanah’s friend has some unexpected words of advice as she says: “Also, on behalf of all the girls, be mindful of Segun. Real recognise real and we don’t know that man. It’s giving two flip sides of a coin. Love you always, your home girls.”
Segun says: “Ah, that’s hurtful.”
Hanah adds: “Out of all people for it to be you, that’s interesting but cool.”
ALI GIVES HER TAKE ON HANAH’S MESSAGE FROM HOME
With the Housemates taken aback by Hanah’s message from home, Ali heads to the Diary Room to share her thoughts.
Ali observes: “I think that what happened with Hanah is that they have been flirting together, mutually. I suspect he has played dumb, acted like he doesn’t think he’s flirting at all and has potentially made it look like Hanah is the one that’s flirting with him which isn’t the case, it has been very mutual from start to finish and I think he’s doing it to make himself look good. I don’t think he’s doing it because he hates Hanah, I think he likes Hanah, but I think he’s maybe pushed some of the responsibility onto her so he can maintain his nice guy image and it makes Hanah look stupid and she’s not a stupid girl.”
“She’s smiling, she’s laughing it off, she’s letting Segun know that it’s not that deep. But, I think it’s shaken her a bit, because she trusts her friends and she knows her friends will give her good honest advice. And also, it was therefore important enough for Hanah’s friends to get that in, that they used up valuable message time, they could have been saying anything they love (her), they can’t wait to see her, all that stuff. They’ve used valuable time to let her know to be a little careful of Segun.”
